Pre & Postnatal Classes

A number of pre & postnatal classes are available here at Beau Sejour for expectant mothers and new parents.

Weekly Classes

We offer more than 60 fitness classes every week. We offer more than 60 fitness classes every week.

Seasonal Classes

Our regular fitness timetable is complimented by these additional seasonal classes. Get fit for your winter skiing trip or action-packed summer holiday!

Active Health

Active Health is a programme of activities held at Beau Sejour Leisure Centre aimed at helping you to improve your levels of fitness, strength, balance and mobility.

Specialist Classes

We run a number of specialist classes here at Beau Sejour. These include our LifeFit programme of sessions, CanMove and MoveSmart classes.

CanMove

We also hold CanMove classes at Beau Sejour that are supervised exercise classes for people who are either undergoing treatment or finished their cancer treatment.

Anybody interested in joining these classes would need to be referred by their Doctor and/or Clinical Nurse Specialist.

Move Smart

We also hold MoveSmart classes at Beau Sejour that are supervised exercise classes for people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

If anybody is interested in joining these classes they would need to be referred by their Doctor and/or Clinical Nurse Specialist.
